In a six-month coaching engagement, we leverage a holistic approach that combines:
Discovery - Leveraging assessments, as well as participant, sponsor and client interviews, we get a comprehensive baseline of a participant's strengths and opportunities to accelerate development.
Growth planning - Participants will use their assessments and feedback to create a growth plan for the coaching engagement which will be reviewed and approved by their designated internal program sponsor.
1:1 Performance Acceleration - In two 90-minute coaching sessions per month, participants gain personalized insight from their coach, maintain accountability on their growth plan, address challenges and strategize on opportunities to accelerate growth.
Participant/Internal Sponsor Check-ins - Accountability to leaders inside the organization is key to coaching success and creating lasting impact. Participants will meet with their internal sponsor bi-monthly to review progress on their growth plan and gain valuable input from their sponsor.
Strategic Content Delivery - Participants will receive weekly podcasts, articles and best practices to support their learning journey.
